Philatelic souvenir consisting of a map and two strands of a sheet including the centenary stamp of the Pacific to € 0.60 This is to cope with increased traffic (Paris-Marseille line to Austria, the Balkans, Middle East) and the need for longer trains and heavier than the prototype 2-3-1 Pacific (2 front axles, 3 axles, a rear axle carrier) were built.

10851 machine, built in Germany in 1912, will become the K8 in 1947 and cease to be in service in 1974. From 1975 it will release more than occasionally local exhibitions. In 1991, after five years of work, it is ready to resume service.

This locomotive known to all, who rode on almost all the railroads in Europe was declared a historical monument in 1987.
