The Queen’s Golden Jubilee.

On 5 February 1952 the young Princess Elizabeth became Queen. Although only 25 she was well prepared for the serious task that faced her. Today, half a century later she still performs the duties of monarchy and remains a much loved and respected sovereign.

To mark the celebration of  Her Majesty the Queen’s Golden  Jubilee in 2002 The Royal Mint & Royal Mail have joined together to produce this Commemorative Cover.
