In the 'Nature and the Environment' series, the focus is on spring flowers this year. Every spring, the world-famous Bulb Fields attract millions of Dutch and foreign visitors.

Holland's best-known spring garden is of course Keukenhof, which covers a 30-hectare area. Visitors can admire more than 3,000 different kinds of daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and crocuses.

Keukenhof uses environment-friendly methods in laying out and caring for the gardens.
