Andreas Herzog, born on 10 September 1968 in Vienna, with 103 international appearances, in which he scored 26 goals, Austrian record. No doubt, he scored one of his most important hits on 6 September 1997 at the World Cup qualifier against Sweden. 48,000 fans before the sold out Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium, he scored from about 20 yards away with his left foot into the top corner and thus defeated the Swedish goalkeeper Thomas Ravelli. 

This superb goal in the 76th minutes to secure the then 1-0. An important building block for the group winning the Austrian national team in the World Cup qualifiers in 1998 This historic goal is to some extent "content" of the new special stamp - a stamp that something is special, it is not merely a single image, so to speak, but an entire "movie". 

The magic word that makes a picture of this kind possible is called "lenticular." In a special production, the individual frames of the film, which has a duration of about three seconds (and the entire Torszene reproduces), edited, and by means of lenticular printing on only one combined image. 

By manually moving the photos the impression of a "continuous action" arises; popularly such products are often referred to as so-called "lenticular images." Really new to the international philately is the reproduction of an entire film - there has never been the sort to see on stamps. 

This special issue, therefore, that much is clear, a lot of attention - even outside of philatelic circles - take care! Speaking of Andi Herzog: March 1st, 2005, the former football star OFB ambassador for UEFA EURO 2008 ™.
