In 2010 the Monnaie de Paris released A VERY LIMITED ISSUE 10 TEN EURO SILVER PROOF COIN STRUCK IN SOLID .900 SILVER COMMEMORATING MOTHER TERESA.

The reverse of the coin depicts a scene of Mother Teresa carrying a child, surrounded by the sentence 'In our house there is always a bed ready for one more child' and obverse of the coin shows Pope John Paul II holding Mother Teresa.

These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
